Who owns the accounts in the end?
You do. Domain, hosting, GA4, Google Ads, Pixel, everything stays or gets opened in your name. We’re just added users, and you remove us when we’re done.
Do you need my password?
No. You add us as a user in your store admin, Google Ads, GA4 and Meta Business. In the quote, we send you exact instructions on where to click.
How much does it cost, and what if it ends up being more?
You see the exact price in the quote, before any work starts. If we find something during the work that wasn’t in the quote, we ask you before touching it. No bills that surprise you.
Can I do just one part, e.g. just tracking?
You can. Write that in the form and you’ll get a price for just that part in the quote.
Will I understand what you did?
You will. We return your sheet filled in again, and every item we fixed comes with a sentence on what was done and why.
Do you work with Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes, both. If your site is custom-built, say so in the form, and we’ll tell you in the quote what we can do.
What if something stops working afterward?
For 30 days after handover, anything we set up that stops working, we fix for free.
